10th Air Force
Activated as the Tenth Air Force on 12 February 1942 and moved to India during March-May 1942. Served in India, Burma, and China until March 1943. Tenth and their subordinate groups operated in India and Burma until moving to China late in July 1945. Headquarters of the 10th AF was located at New Delhi, India, Myitkyina, Burma, Piardoba, India and Kunming, China.
